The poster shows the faces of several characters bound together by red thread, visually capturing the taut tension of the piece. As the tagline puts it, the story centers on “seven meetings between a serial killer who murdered 12 people and those who confront him.” Within a small, fixed cast, the drama builds through repeated psychological confrontation.
The play is written and directed by Jang Jin, a writer-director known for rhythmic dialogue and twist-laden storytelling — qualities reflected in the tagline “the most brutal psychological game devised by Jang Jin.” The narrative appears to escalate tension across repeated encounters between those trying to extract a confession and one who resists.
The cast includes Park Kun-hyung, Choi Young-jun, Kang Seung-ho, Ko Sang-ho, Kim Han-gyeol, and Lee Hyun-woo — actors with extensive experience across theater, film, and television.
Production is handled by Twinst 1971 Performance Production, with promotion and marketing by Kupa Communications. As a chamber piece built on tight dialogue rather than large-scale staging, the actors’ command of language and sudden emotional shifts will likely determine the production’s success. The roughly two-and-a-half-month run suggests confidence in steady audience turnout through the summer season in the Daehangno/Jongno theater district.
