A tax accountant who operates a local tax office was invited to explain everything from the basic concepts of real estate tax law to practical tax-saving strategies applicable in everyday life. The event drew strong interest, with 45 residents registering in advance.

From Real Estate Tax Basics to Tax-Saving Tips — 45 Residents Pre-Register
The lecture was organized to deepen residents' understanding of real estate-related tax law and provide practical tax information for everyday life. A tax accountant who runs a local tax office served as the instructor, explaining the fundamental concepts of real estate tax law and tax-saving methods in an accessible manner.
The session attracted 45 pre-registered participants and drew an enthusiastic response from attendees, thanks to its practical content directly relevant to daily life.

Lecture Content Eyed as Material for 'Songdo Happy Broadcasting Station'; Life-Oriented Programs to Continue Expanding
Community Council Chair Yang Gyeong-yeop (양경엽) said, 'We plan to review residents' responses and satisfaction levels, and consider using the content as source material for the Songdo Happy Broadcasting Station (송도 행복방송국) program.'
The Community Council intends to continue operating life-oriented educational and cultural programs that reflect the needs of local residents going forward.
