In addition, practical methods to create a happy workplace by preventing conflicts among colleagues and fostering an atmosphere of consideration were delivered in depth.
A senior citizen who participated in the training said, “It was a meaningful time to once again learn how to serve customers and communicate with colleagues,” adding, “I will try my best to apply what I learned in the field to provide high-quality services to customers.”
The Yeongjong-gu Senior Career Development Center plans to concentrate its administrative capabilities on enhancing the professional duties and field response capabilities of the senior citizens participating in the Silver Cafes. An official from the center stated that they would continue to prepare various customized programs, including not only customer service but also job training essential for performance and safety training to prevent accidents, thereby creating a stable working environment for the elderly while simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction.
