The program is hosted by the incorporated association Young Thought and organized by the center, and is being carried out after being selected for Young Thought's '2026 Incheon Youth Facility Program Support Grant Project.'
'Over-Lab' is an e-sports career-exploration program run using the popular game 'Overwatch.' It is designed so that teenagers can broaden gaming beyond a mere hobby into the realm of career exploration and gain a comprehensive understanding of the e-sports industry and related occupations.
The program will be held over a total of 12 sessions from July 18 to December. It will run every other Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with sessions held at Link Cloud on the first basement level of the center.
The main activities consist of customized tactical analysis and feedback from top-ranked players, as well as e-sports tournaments planned by the teens themselves. In particular, in line with the slogan 'Escape perpetual mineral rank with feedback from top rankers!', professional mentoring for skill improvement is also provided.
All programs are run free of charge. The recruitment targets teenagers aged 14 to 24, and the center plans to select a total of 10 to 12 participants.
A center official said, "We hope this 'Over-Lab' program will be an opportunity for teenagers to confirm their aptitude in the e-sports field and to build both planning skills and leadership."
Applications can be submitted through the QR code on the promotional poster. For more information about the program, contact the Michuhol-gu Youth Center (☎ 032-887-5270).
